Unlocking sticky licenses Tweet

I am having trouble unlocking a license from some computers,
I get this error dialog saying that I have other instances running and cannot deactivate, but I checked and there are no other Octane related processes running.

What should I do? I don't want to unlock in the dashboard as I only have 1 unlock left.
