Hi,
I just tried that new version and it doesn't work.The interface is showing up but when I want to add and object the small window show the progress of loading object and textures but after that the program freeze.
I'm using Cuda verion 3.02 and runtime 3.00 with GeForce GT220 1023 MB
It was working with the demo version 1022.
Drivers Nvidia : 263.06
Any help ?

Most, if Octane freezes, there is an issue with the mesh, maybe single points etc...

Nvidia Dysplay Drivers : 266.58
Octane 1024 Beta 244 win_x64_cuda30.exe
The program start:
-the main screen appear
-render viewport as default background color.
The Problem:
-graph editor -->Add-->obj(demo suit):chess.obj-->Message Loading MESH….
-->clic on chess.obj-->freeze screen.
Same for File-->open-->file.ocs
I remark on the Render Viewport there is after loading object:
0 Tris-GPU:GeForce GT 220 (0)-0.0/1023MB used

When I tried with devdriver_3.0_winxp_64_197.13_general.exe

NODE INSPECTOR IS SHOWING MATERIAL
ONLY RENDER VIEWPORT DOES NOTHING

THE DEMO IS WORKING WITHOUT PROBLEMS,I CAN LOAD my .obj files.

Now I know the Problem:
I need a permanent internet connection
It will be nice for the custommers to show how to secure with the xp/other the firewall to allow just Octane.
Because I'm using xp64 pro and I don't have antivirus.
So what I was doing is allowing Octane to connect for login in and after that I was closing the internet connection.
This was the problem.
Any advice how to allow only Octane with Windows Firewall xo64 bit

Maybe you can use a simple firewall controll which you can download in various versions.
