Photoshop plugin ?

What is the latest with the supposed Octane 3.0 photoshop plugin ? Is it still in Beta ? Is it released ? I went to the Adobe extensions page and found it, but after installing it several times, nothing. I get nothing. Is there a help area for the photoshop plugin ?
