I don't know if this is the place to share my problem, but I'm a bit stuck so give it a try.

I have a chase scene. Only I can't quite figure it out with the settings, because the image flickers and even the gold frame changes texture. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how I can get this better?

I have an object inside the lamp with a material that emits light. Is there perhaps an error? Or is it in the glass that surrounds the emitter?
