Hello,
I am new to 3D and Octane
I wanted to remake this ball with this texture on cinema4D
https://texturehaven.com/tex/?t=brown_mud_leaves_01
but the result is very bad.

This is my node

and the render :

the result is very unconvincing,
- no relief on the edges
- bad resolution ( 4K texture)
in brief it's ugly

I would like a result that looks like the basic model
thank you in advance

Hi,
please check the settings of the Displacement node, by default it is set to 256x256, you need to chose 4096x4096 for 4k texture displacement.
ciao Beppe
