Fisheye OSL lens

I developed a quick OSL fisheye lens for the Lightwave Octane plug-in that supports DOF (which looks quite interesting at the edges of fisheyes). Kalua pointed out that the osl file works fine in C4D as well, so it may be of use to the wider community. Please feel free to take a look here: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=68487
