I have found this Addon on Blendermarket. I have tested it and it works also fine with Blender and Octane render.

Works very well.
Export from the architectural design program the 3d model, in blender I have a file with the octane materials to be replaced and everything comes in automatically.
Fast and convenient. Thank the developer.
