Sure this is a very fix, firstly if I am posting in wrong section please let me know.

I've attached a quick pic just to show everyone what my issue, if its something very simple I give you permission to take this mickey :lol:

Is it to do with the displacement map? Lighting or something in my render settings?

Hi AJM0123,
always better to post question in the c4d section, anyway, it's about uvs and not tiled texture.
If you are using a procedural node with auto baking option active, this an expected limitation.
Octane displacement prefers correct unwrapped not overlapping uvs.
