how create the material?? tutorial

i have problem to create new materials,
i think that a lot of people have this problem.
on manual it is not explain so good, i hope that somebody can help us understanding how to create metal, plastic, car paint and to use the commands to create correct materials... uw...
i don't understand why the livematerial cannot show how the people used the nodes to create the materials, it would be interesting to see them to understand the way to create the materials

Hi
Grab and drag to the graph editor any livedb material and double click in the node macro of the material.
Another tab will open and you will see all the wiring of the material

is there some book about it, help file, tutorial where we have explan. of all macro commands in octane ?

Agreed, the material guru's share a tutorial, would be a very great help indeed. I was trying to see how the nodes are setup of materials, yet I just couldn't get it going right.

Frankly, I wanted to do a more extense tuto with voice but last months I'm very bussy.
Preparing a tutorial requires some preps kind of screenplay and some tests. I am not english I am basque so my spoken english is quite awfull.
