Standalone problem (2.23)

I'm a using a; 3ds max 2015 Octane plugin 2.23 anda standalone 2.23 and my card a TITAN X
My problems
1- When I made my 3ds max scene of export to standalone animation (in max), I can't watch my scene in standolane. And my animation nothing...
2- sometimes, I can watch my export animation in octane but, missing some frames...
please help me..
