AI upsampling doesn't seem to work on 3090, near the end of frame render LW freezes completely, if I disable tonemapping and denoising for 3090 and assign it to 2080Ti, 1080Ti, TITAN X or any other type of GPU AI upsampling works.

Yes, this is a known limitation that will be fixed in the Octane 2020.2 plugin builds, like the denoising.
