I think I did the test by deactivating the RTX but the results seem to be the same. in doubt I will do a test again ...

Providing feedback for testing with the 2020.1 version helps to confirm

The performance metrics from OctaneBench are based on the GPUs specifically (with the 2070 being the clear superior). In terms of more intensive usage, other factors regarding your system can have substantial impact on performance. Power Supply, and GPU temperature are considerable factors.

Even though the laptop measures at double the bench score of the PC, OctaneBench does not aim to stress test the machine as a whole.

What happens, for instance, when you test a default scene? (e.g. an otherwise empty scene with default geometry). Are the differences in performance still the same? Are the GPU temperatures between one and the other the same? What happens when you test the renders with RTX Acceleration switched off? (RTX Acceleration will not work with the 1070 anyway, and RTX Acceleration on your scene may be too much for your laptop with that particular scene).

I haven't done the tests yet but I will see with their feedback if my problem is solved

Hi everyone,
here are the tests that have been requested by otoy.
the renderings are 2 times faster on the laptop than the pc.
I'm waiting for their feedback
