I've fixed the problem with the chaos texture for the next build. The transformation parameters (translation, rotation, and scale) were wrong.

What are the steps to reproduce this problem? If it doesn't happen in any scene, for example, a simple one with a few objects, I'm going to need your scene to try to reproduce the problem here.

I just used that feature (IPR to F10 straight) 5 times today (on 3 different projects) so must be something specific to your steps/scene.

Would it be possible to implement these things while the IPR is working ?
- turn lights and objects on and off using the scene editor
- add and remove objects without scene reload

Can't you add objects without reloading? I thought that something like that was possible right now.

Yes adding objects works without reload but Activate/deactivate in scene ditor requires relaod. Also removing object from scene requires total reload.
