Yes , works fine here.

Chris did you have taken a look to the new Groom System in UE4.25?
Do you think it will be possible to render in Octane Plugin in the future ?
Full body test here :

Octane does support hair rendering, and unreal hair system seems similar.
We are definitely interested in supporting it.

Super , thank you !

If you need alembic hair for tests, you can download my test hair in the description of the video. It fits to the Mannequin.

Thanks, that helps a lot. I was actually looking for example alembic models with hair.

Hi Chris ,
hope you are fine.

Another question :

Is it possible to render Media Files (Media Player , IMG Media Source) files with Octane ?
I am doing a project with a lot of animated emission materials , all is working fine in UE4 , but I can't get it to render in Octane Plugin.
Or am I doing something wrong ?
Here are my settings :

thx for your hard work !

I take it this uses unreal texture streaming? This isnt supported atm, but is on the todo list.

Hi there!

I've done a bit of testing and can't get an ORBX Sequencer export that has the camera animating correctly. The ORBX opens up in Standalone with a static camera that isn't in the position of the camera i had locked in Sequencer. Sequencer renders the correct camera with i use the Octane image sequence option but i'm stuck not getting the camera out into the ORBX file.

Is this a bug ?

UE4 4.24.3 and using v.033 Octane for Unreal.

Thanks!
