Agreed, thank you so much. However, either i'm doing something wrong or a few things changed since last build. My Unreal cloth material renders incorrectly, and i no longer get direction light through glass, i have to hide glass for light to enter. This worked with the previous version, the update seemed to break it.

Thank you

Would it be possible for you to share the glass material?

At the moment you can only do this in the Octane GUI view, which you can access via the top octane menu bar.
Ill check if it is possible to add in the renderview in unreal.

Hello,

I am using Quixel Megascans assets in Unreal Engine 4.23 and the decal material is not rendering in Octane. Attached is an image with both renders of Unreal and Octane's viewports and the Deferred Decal Material settings. Is there a way to make it seeable/renderable by Octane in Unreal? Or do I have to transform that Unreal Deferred Decal Material into an Octane Decal somehow? It would really be great if the Unreal Deferred Decal could be rendered directly by Octane as decals are very powerful in the Megascans workflow and having to mae separate Octane materials for each could add quite a lot of work in some scenes.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Decals are not supported by Octane atm. We are looking into possibilities, but for now you will either need to merge material to the floor, or create a rug mesh and place the material on it as a normal material.
