Hi, I've download the prime (free tier) of Octane from the Unity asset store. Created an account on the Otoy website, then tried to sign into Unity's Octane plugin but it tells me: "Could not find the required license or your subscription has expired" . I'm hoping to use Octane for my work soon but not sure when I'll be able to

That should not be nessesary though for prime, you should be able to log into prime with just the default login settings and a unity account.
Are you using your unity account or your octane account in order to log in? And what licence tier are you trying to use?
