hello everyone ,

as you know the activation problem hasn't been resolved yet

I have used octane plugin before it was working however not anymore

the login issue is still there



I have logged in on both unity editor and unityhub also I have install and reinstall octane renderer from installer scene from the asset store

I've also tried to delete Appdata for octane and unity downloads plugins didn't fixed the problem

Yeah, the activation license issue is really annoying. The way I usually manage to solve it is by logging in with my Unity accounts on otoy.com and click on "Unlock" under the Subscriptions menu. There's a limited number of unlocks available and you have to mail support to get the number of unlocks reset though (which they usually do pretty quickly).

Hi Jaimie,

Are you logged into your unity account? Or have you used your unity account woth octane for unity on a different computer?
