I've mentioned this in another post, but I've automated the whole process of baking lights in Unity and open sourced the code to do it:

Hopefully it helps some of the people looking to bake lighting in Unity with Octane. It took over 6 months of work and I would not attempts to do this process without it. Also, the results are beautiful as you could expect from Octane.
