What version of OctaneUnity, and what version of Unity are you using? And how are you logging in. Are you using your unity account or an octane account?

I have been on the Unity 2018.1.2 version and the latest version of octane.
But now it works because I switched to Unity 2018.1.4.

1.1.1.1314 has a bug with accessing the upgrade server, this has been resolved in 1.1.1.1317
