Fixes
- Fixed T1 authentication issue.

- Fixed various issues with bundling OctaneUnity editor.dll in unitypackages for the assetstore.
- Octane version & Tier number info before Octane load now makes sense.
- Removed Account button on T1 to stop user from signing out via Octane manually. T1 uses a different license system.
