I'm in the same boat. Installed Octane for Unity at my old office and never deactivated it. Changed jobs and moved across the country. Tried to install it on my own machine and it's still registered on the old one. No way to deactivate it from here. Hoping a fix for this comes soon. I kind of need it.

Can you try to release your licence using our web UI? https://render.otoy.com/account/subscriptions.php

Subscription page still isn't showing my Unity license.

Have you tried this from the subscriptions page?

Why can't I see my Unity licenses?
Please ensure that your Unity account is linked to your OTOY account here.
If after linking your account your licenses still do not appear, please contact us at [email protected]
