Are you logged in? If so, could you try a different unity account. Octane and Unity anonimously cross verify accounts (we get no account info, just confirmation your account is legit)
This sometimes breaks down with certain accounts for unknown reasons.

I've tried these steps without any luck:
1. Log out with my account in the Unity Editor/Hub, and log back in
2. Log out of my account. Quit the Unity Editor/Hub, create a new Unity account in Unity's website, logged in the Hub, reassigned the Personal License, created a new project and attempted to install Octane
The version of unity I have installed is 2020.3.14f1. The version of Octane I have installed is the latest (1.2.0.1417). On both attempts I've checked the login account is Octane's settings is set to "Octane Account", and the license is set to "Automatic".
The console shows Octane is correctly installed when creating a new project and in the Octane toolbar I click Install. Once I open the setting tabs and click "load octane" is when I get the same error in all attempts. Both in new files, or in the Octane Install file when I try to load Octane through the PBR Render Target element.
