Hello,
I tested the Prime Edition activation from both an Octane and Unity Account, and it seems to be working as expected.
The Message Box that you have seen is common when switching Login Account and/or License to see the error message that you have screenshotted. For the most part, activation should continue as normal. Can you confirm which version of Unity you are currently using?
