Laggy render view

Hi.

Working with a project in the latest xb1 build. I noticed that the render viewport isn`t as fast in the blender version. it feels sluggish. The viewport in modo is much more responsive with the same octane version Xb1 and the same project.
Someone noticed the same problem with a sluggish viewport in blender?

I have a rtx 3090 (Render) and a 1080Ti for Monitors.

I found a fix for the problem.
I append all the files in a new scene and that fixed the laggy octane viewport.

I faced a similar problem a couple of days ago. Here is some additional tech info that may be helpful

I am using 23.10, but it could also be in 24.X. In my case, the problem was caused by a single mesh. I just simply started deleting objects one by one until I found the "broken" one. Appending from another project file did not solve the problem, because this mesh was imported broken again. Only creating a duplicate (Shif+D) and deleting the source solved the problem and the lags are gone. However, when appending to a clean project, the other object became "broken" now.

Symptoms:
To say that it became laggy is not to say anything. The performance is just killed. Any simple action, such as object selection, or even changing values in the camera imager triggers Octane to update, with huge delays between actions. After deleting the object, everything returns to normal instantly, even without saving and re-opening the project.

Logs:
As I mentioned earlier, each simple action forces Octane to update with the corresponding errors:
Code: Select all
Tried to access pin via an invalid index 1
Tried to access null node pin

Hopefully this will be fixed in XB4 :D

It would be great if you could provide the scene casuing the issue.
