When rendering a single empty layer the compiling take some time time. There is nothing else to render. Just Octane sky. Other objects are on separate layers and they are not rendered.

Recently I noticed two things:
1. Hidden objects are not compiled when they have viewport visibility turned off.
2. If they have visibility turned on and are on hidden layers they are also compiled.

So if objects are on hidden layers they should not be compiled which is the other way now.

This could be an issue with Grouped objects on hidden layers.

I've investigated it more and I'm quite sure that groups that has objects with textures are causing it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add objects with materials and textures.
2. Add the created objects to one group.
3. Add the group to the scene.
4. Go to empty layer and and start render – this takes some time..
5. Hide or delete the group on other layer
6. Go to empty layer and and start render – starts immediately.
