What is the current status for the Local DB in Octane Blender 2018 & 2019? I was working in stand alone and saved my material to its local DB. My saved materials show up just fine in SA. But when I want to use them in Octane Blender the Local DB is completely empty.

Is there a fix for this?

And what about Octane for Blender 2.8 (which I haven't tried yet). Is local DB working there?

For the 2019 version, it's not supported yet.

Hello there,

Thanks for your reports.

The OctaneDB feature should be working for 17.x with Octane 2018.
About the 18.x with Octane2019, we've found and fixed some issues and it should be fine in next 18.x release.
We've also implemented it in the next version of 20.x with Octane2019 and Blender 2.8, which is now under progress and should be ready in late August.

Cheers,
