Posting this as a separate bug report, since I assume viewtopic.php?f=110&t=74649 from April has been resolved by now.

OS: Windows 10, all current updates
Graphics Card: NVidia RTX 3090 FE
VRAM: 24gb
Driver: 460.79
Octane: OctaneRender_VR_for_Maya_2020.1.5_-_17.32
Octane: OctaneStudio-for-C4D-2020.1.5_R4_win
Maya: 2020.3

I have recently purchased several Octane materials saved as ORBX, and have added them to my LocalDB. They work fine in Octane Standalone, and in Octane for C4D, however when I try to import them into Maya I get the following error:

connectAttr -f BlendMat__.outColor BlendMat__SG.surfaceShader;
// Connected BlendMat__.outColor to BlendMat__SG.surfaceShader. //
// Error: Octane LiveDB: error creating Octane-DB node //

Obviously, I would like to be able to use these materials, so please advise. Thanks.

Hi packetslave,

Thanks for the post. We are unable to replicate the issue.
Would you please share the DB file here or via PM?

Cheers
