Maya® Version Requirements

This release will work with Maya® Versions 2016.5, 2017, 2018 and 2019 64-bit on Windows, Linux and OSX operating systems.

To use this version, you need a GPU of compute model 3.0 or higher. Support for Fermi GPUs (like GTX 4xx and 5xx) has been dropped. Also make sure you use a driver of version 419.17 or higher and if you are working on Mac OS that have a CUDA driver installed that supports at least CUDA 9.1.

yeah batch render dont work.
maya 2019

right after I press batch render btn it shows:

// Rendering with OctaneRender... //
// Rendering Completed. See mayaRenderLog.txt for information. //

mayaRenderLog.txt shows only date:
9/2/2019

Scene doesn't matter.

also seems like there is instances problem when I`m sending scene from maya to standalone.
While stills renders in maya, deadline can batch render scene(because maya batch render not working), when I export to standalone it eats more then 8gb of vram.

Hi BK,
unfortunately I cant share the scene , but the same thing happens even with the demo Cantina scene from the youtube Otoy Maya Learning channel, is easy to reproduce.

Thanks.
Alex

Thank you Alex,
We are still unable to replicate the issue. Would you please try Batch render with the attached file?
And if still does not work please copy all the Render settings from your project Maya file to our Maya file and reupload or PM me.

Hello.
Deep files in exr don't work.
When you open the exr files in nuke, you get an error... "DeepRead1:filename: no deep data found in file"
I upload a test scene

Unfortunately this is not a plugin's issue, it can't be fixed on the plugin level. I've just discussed it with the engine team - they are already aware of this issue: this is some rendering engine bug that hopefully becomes fixed in next Octane SDK versions...
