include osl camera in rendertarget

right now in the rendertarget you can only access the thin lens, baking, and panoramic cameras. i figured the osl camera would be here. i realise the osl node is in octane so i can hop in and edit it and plug it in, but its kind of annoying and would be a nice thing to just have set up on the rendertarget like the other cameras.

or if there's a better workflow for this please let me know :)

Yes, we need to add the planetary environment and osl camera to the render target. It is easy to edit the HDA to add them, but I'll try to add fix this issue for the next build.
