hey it would be great to have support for the instancefile attribute, for loading on disk geometry.

Once the final orbx proxy support is ready, I'll work on supporting the orbx proxy instancing using the "instancefile" attribute.

btw just found out a bit trick how to get what I want with minimum labor

may help before there will be a proper way
