Emmision and Opacity

If i create an octane network, connect Octane diffuse , and attach emission texture to the emission input, the emission does not work unless the shader's opacity is a non 1 value (ie:.99). I dont think this is normal for octane? is this new?

Doesn't sound correct. Which version were you using? And could you post / send us an example scene?

I am testing this feature here and all seems to work fine. Can you please post a sample scene with this problem.
