Weird white artefact in render

HI there ,some weird artefact have poped up in my render , its look like a clamp thing but i've tweak the gi clamp and hot pixel removal option and nothing seams to get rid of that ..
Suggestions are more than welcome , thanks !

Hard to know without scene but just a guess.

Your right to check gi clamp and hot pixel removal but you can check caustic blur parameter too in this scenario.

Do you use zero value for roughness in your specular material ? In a recent project got a similar issue with a refraction intensive scene. Sometime it s good idea do try value like .00001 to .01 just to avoid some kind of hardcore light accumulation and keep sharp refraction/reflexion.

I've also seen this problem from HDRI environment textures with hot pixels with very huge values. You could check if the same happens with another environment, in case you are using one.
