Hi everyone,
I am using octane2020.1.5.3 for houdini18.351 on linux to render a volcano scene. The video is attached with the post.

I found that the explosion smoke on the right side start flashing and gernerating artifacts on frame 77. It became so obvious around frame 125.

I am using pathing tracing mode, and all the volumes are vdb format. And my CPU is i7 9700K, with 64G RAM, GPU is RTX2080Ti.

Appreciation to any advice.

I fingered it out, the vdb was broken.
Artifacts disappeared after I resimulated the smoke.

Ah, Ok. Great! I was thinking about the limitation in Octane when four or more volumes are overlapped, but I'm glad that the problem has been finally resolved.

Thanks,
