Octane Subdivision giving me crazy mesh in render

Hey,
so im trying to render an object using octane subdivision level, however im getting this crazy geo. In the past i have just used a divide to make sure the object was all tris or there were no convex polygons, but it doesnt seem to be working in this situation, how can i get the subdivision to work?
