Hi! I'm trying to render curve lines as light source. the color is in the Cd attrib. I tried the pack color attrib in the uv map in the fur option but there doesn't seem to be similar option for the emission color.

Hi,

You can use the same pack color attrib in the uv map workflow with a texture emission node linking the texture map to the texture emission node "Efficiency" input, but the problem here is that I think that the curve primitives can't work as emissive surfaces. You can enable the texture emission node "Surface brightness" parameter to see the hair colors, but the curves don't cast real light to the scene.

Thanks,
-Juanjo
