OctaneRebder devices preferences can‘t work Tweet

C4D does not respond when I turn on web render Settings or OctaneRebder devices preferences.
I can operate in an open window but cannot close an open window. C4D is not responsive.
I don't know how to solve this problem.
Does anybody know how to solve it？
