Exporting animated scene ORBX to cloud Issue

Hi All,

I Exported an animated scene with camera move, and material with a targa sequence, with ORBX to the stand alone. It works great.
Then, I'm sending it to the cloud and it gives me an issue and this message :

"Looks like there were some issues with your render job. We recieved the following errors:
Missing assets - Export your scene to OctaneRender Standalone Edition as an Animated ORBX."

Which is exactly what I did.
I also did a test without the material sequence in the orbx file and it works great.
I also unpacked my orbx that contains the material sequence and all the requested file are in it.

What should I do?

NB : Note that the email contains an error with the word "We recieved" instead of "We received" -

I am having this same issue. I have a basic c4d scene with an animated texture from a MOV file. I've exported it as an Animated Package to the standalone and it works fine, I can see the animation in the standalone.
However when I upload it to ORC and get back this same error.

What should I being doing differently?

Thanks

EDIT/Solution:
This problem only seems to occur when uploading through the standalone. If I upload the Orbx that came from c4d straight to ORC it works
