Hi guys,
i am really annoyed by this. I've been using renderfarms for a very long time and never encountered this problem. The system you've implemented for downloading the files is not good at all. I keep on getting truncated downloads and missing frames. Going through the list of frames to find missing sequences is not only annoying but not professional at all. Can't you just implement a zip download or an ftp system?
The current method is good if you have 20 frames with no extra passes but that is not my case. This system is a really bad idea.

I'm curious about downloading the files too since in my state, the fastest download speed is only up till 8mbps...
I guess would be a pain in the ass to download all those AOV's...

Sorry to hear that you are having bad experience downloading outputs from ORC!
Could you PM me you ORC account details so we could take a look?
We understand that there could be some issues with download experience and would be happy to improve it.

As a temporary solution I recommend copying the download link list of files and downloading outputs with any download manager of your choice.
