Increasing data limits and customer support

Hello,
i'm currently stuck at my 100GB data limit and can't download any renders to clear off space because of the limit breach. I've tried email and haven't heard back from customer support in the last 15 hours. I really need more reliable customer support to keep using octane render on large jobs. Anyone from OTOY out there?

Hi Andy,

We have already handled your request to [email protected] but I'll reply here also :)
We're going to introduce advanced data plans within couple weeks, so you would be able to purchase a plan that suits your data usage with ORC credits.
For now just let us know if you're running low on data and we'll work with your data usage to find a plan that works best.
