Hi, what is the time limit for answering to submitted tickets ?
Last ticket sent 5 days ago, and no answers...

Well...

I am really exited about the possibilities orc is able to offer, but I am not sure if we can really use it on a professional level right now.
I bought credits for 200 $ to try it out on a large project... now after 23 frames the thing hangs and there is no one to contact...
I worked together with render farm companies in the past and normaly there is always someone available to sort out problems 24/7...

The job is working again and the guys from otoy where very supportive...

Hi, I have a question on how to use the Octane Render's app inside Otoy's web desktop, how do I import a .obj file to Octane Render if my file is in web desktop?

Hi, when you request any file from this octane version you should see a "Webdesktop" shortcut in the dialog window , and "GoogleDrive" / "Dropbox" if you are also connected to such drives in the webdesktop.
