Go into your live viewer, choose File -> Import ORBX.
That should import the assets the right way.

Hey Mike,

I know, this is not an "Octane answer" to your problem, but if you're dealing with hundreds of models, that have a bad topology, you might wanna give Houdini a try.
It's actually quite simple to set up a rig, where you feed in your object and deal with co-planar faces, wrong normals ...

The Qt5 IPR is not available yet, although the options to configure or open it are already there. Now when you select the Qt5 IPR, the plugin falls back to the conventional OpenGL IPR.

RTX is not enabled by default yet because there are still some issues with this feature in the core. It will be ...

Okay, I'm not a hundred percent sure as of now, but I guess I fixed it.

Basically a bug in the audio driver is causing this issue, if I understand this right.

Unfortunately this error comes up after like 1 or 2 mins into running Houdini. Doesn't matter if I work with it or not.
