Here is an idea: Incentivize the Live DB -- users who make wonderful, professional
and unique materials - that are given positive feedback by other users - are rewarded
with free Octane Render Cloud time... Do this - and the number of materials offered in
Live DB will likely explode.

Obviously, some sort of voting system would need to be added - but this could be great
either way - so that materials could be listed by popularity, rather than alphabetical order..
which is often meaningless and/or not helpful anyway.

Adding Favorites to DB would also be big plus... er, you know, while you are adding the
voting stuff. And then just add ability to sort by Popularity, Favorites, Alphabetical.

And if you (Otoy) ever add OBJ's to Live DB - this will be double the fun!

Sounds like a great idea.
On that note you'd also want to add some new sorting functions (date, rating) so that you're not looking through as many materials to find something specific (once the number of materials 'explodes')...
