Here's my new works with Octane, this time, all model was done in Blender 2.59 and exported in Blender 2.56

Pure awesomeness!
Only thing that distracts me is the sharp line on the tires. I'm not sure if its supposed to be there :)

btw, the Octane exporter works just fine in 2.59

great work, you did the texturing and all? how long did it take start to finish (modelling to render)

Yes, certainly should appear strange but is just the shadows projected onto the tires, this can be improved of course.

Yes I did it all. Joining all the time spent, I've took two weeks. In fact I still have to finish the cockpit, probably by the end of this week.

There is the unofficial Blender->Octane exporter, you can find it here. It works fine with anything from 2.56 to 2.59 and probably 2.6 (I'm still on 2.59). The latest version in the first post is 1.09d, but there was an update 1.10 IIRC. Search in that thread.
