Ok, I have tried a simple animation of the spotlight and I didn't had any issue, except for the fact that by default the Environment is set to be the physical sky and you need to specify if you are using the HDR environment.
Here is the simple scene, I suppose that I need to share only the scene because the geometry is the same of the previous zip
