JimStar asked me to make some Octane for Blender tutorials. I've never done tutorials before, just working with all this stuff. So here is what I've got as my first try.
This introduction will be unlikely interesting for those who are already familiar with Octane, it is rather for those who make their first steps with this outstanding renderer.

If it appears interesting for someone, you can just ask here about some special theme, and I will try to describe this theme in some other tutorial...

PS. Sorry my English.;)

Thank you for the great tutorial! Very usefull. And i like your english. No problem at all here. :)

Definitely would not mind seeing more in the future. Of course we can read the documentation and find something on the forum, but a having a practical tutorial like this avaible is worlds better imo. :)

PS: If there is gonna be a next tutorial, maybe consider showing us a kitchen with various type of objects in it from liquids over organics to ies lights. Just an idea for starters.
