Hi, i have an issue with 2.6 and 2.6.1 with C4D R16, i' ve tryed reinstalling it but it won' t solve, an error showed up after loading an HDRI image into the octane sky tag, and i don' t have touched the pc for two weeks! Ther error is this Image
i open the Log and what' s inside is this (i have two gigabyte gtx980):

it's not a issue to solve. Be aware of available memory and free memory of gpus. Big hdrs, textures takes more ram.
What do you see on scree info about memory?

What do you see on scree info about memory?
It' s impossible, i have two gigabyte GTX980 with 4gb each, octane shows me 4gb available but when i loadup an hdri with the octane Hdri enviroment tag it doesn' t show me the informations because the render doesn' t have the chance to start because of the error in the image, it happens only with HDRI format, if i use a jpeg (useless but i tryed) nothing wrong

What's the dimensions of hdri? What's the nvidia driver? Anyway show me a screen with onscreen infos while jpeg loaded. This output doesn't shows why happens.

HDRI's over the size of 25mb won' t work and i don' t know why, the nvidia driver is the 347.09WHQL, excuse me, what onscreen infos do you mean?

Yes, they should work. I guess you are using the demo version 2.16. Could you maybe explain the set up you are using and send us the HDR you want to use? Thanks.

Yes, they should work. I guess you are using the demo version 2.16. Could you maybe explain the set up you are using and send us the HDR you want to use? Thanks.
Yes i' m using the demo version but he 2.6.1 and soon i will buy the full version, whenever i create a new scene with an HDRI enviroment...loading up the HDRI in the imagetexture slot for HDRI's...it get the error and sometimes crashes but the render won' t start, if i use only area lights or HDRI under 25mb of size it' s fine...the other HDRI's around the computer of the size to 25 to 100 doesn' t get loaded Image

dimension means width*height values. But i think 25mb hdri is not so big. What's the free/available vram with two gpus is activated? You can see it on live viewer window. Check it when you can render somethings.

Is that a typo or are you using 2.06? You should use version 2.16, since from what you've said you are working on a 970.

I'm probably making confusion with octane demo versions, when i will go to the desktop at office (in a few hours) i will tell you that, but the thing that i' ve noticed is the icons change as well as some of the settings, i will see also the dimensions of the HDRI lights, what i think is that probably the new driver that i've installed before going home for two weeks created this problem, also....the licensed versuon works better than the demo? (not that the demo works bad)
