This bug keeps popping back up with different version. Currently I am running Blender 4.0 with the OctaneBlender addon version 28.10 (not running the standalone build). I've attach a blend file with the problem mesh, which was exported from Plasticity into Blender. The mesh renders perfect with Cycles, but not Octane. I am on Octane Prime tier so I am not sure if this is fixed with a more recent build, but I would love to get this fixed and added to the next Prime tier release(for addon or standalone version).
